Pre-employment Transition Services
Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) in collaboration with non-profit organizations will provide or arrange for the provision of Pre-Employment Transition Services for students with disabilities.

This comprehensive evaluation uses hands-on experiences and career exploration in a variety of work areas.
Youth Pre-employment Transition Services
In partnership with the Community Action Division of Orange County are hosting Youth Pre-Employment Transition services camps that will consist of workplace readiness training, work-based learning experiences and self-advocacy training.
Employment and vocational services for people with disabilities
We Care Support Services helps teens and adults with disabilities prepare for, find and keep meaningful work. Our employment services include vocational evaluations, career counseling, pre-employment transition services for students, youth summer programs and special education advocacy, delivered from Orlando and Palm Beach County in partnership with Florida Vocational Rehabilitation and community organizations.
Our founder, Dr. Moresa Mowatt, Psy.D., is a licensed school psychologist, certified vocational evaluator and employment specialist, and employment support has been part of our mission since we opened in 2017.
Our employment services
Vocational evaluations
A data-driven assessment of skills, aptitudes, interests, work behaviors and accommodation needs, using standardized tests, hands-on work samples and career exploration. The report gives a realistic picture of employability and a clear plan.
Career counseling
One-to-one coaching for job seekers and people changing careers: identifying goals, building a resume, preparing for interviews, and requesting workplace accommodations.
Pre-employment transition services (Pre-ETS)
For students with disabilities, typically ages 14 to 21, we provide or arrange the five required Pre-ETS activities: job exploration counseling, work-based learning experiences, counseling on post-secondary education options, workplace readiness training, and instruction in self-advocacy.
Youth pre-employment transition camps
In partnership with the Community Action Division of Orange County, our camps combine workplace readiness training, work-based learning and self-advocacy practice.
Educational consultant and disability advocate
Expert IEP and 504 plan advocacy for students with disabilities in Florida, including transition planning from school to work or college.

- High school students with IEPs or 504 plans planning life after graduation.
- Young adults with autism, ADHD, learning or intellectual disabilities entering the workforce.
- Adults returning to work after injury or illness, or looking for a better-fitting career.
- Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) clients referred for evaluation or employment services.
How to get started
If you are a Florida Vocational Rehabilitation client, ask your VR counselor about referring you to We Care Support Services. Students and families can also contact us directly. Call (877) 302-5628 or request an appointment.
Employment services FAQs
Do I need to be a Vocational Rehabilitation client?
No. VR clients can be referred by their counselor, and others can self-pay for evaluations and counseling. Call us to discuss options.
What is the difference between a vocational evaluation and career counseling?
A vocational evaluation is a formal assessment that produces a report on abilities and recommended careers. Career counseling is ongoing coaching to help you act on a plan.
Can you help with workplace accommodations?
Yes. We help identify accommodations that fit your needs and coach you on how to request them under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
