Dr. Moresa Mowatt

With more than 17 years of experience as a practicing psychologist and educator, Dr. Moresa Mowatt is the founder and Executive Director of We Care Support Services. She is a Licensed School Psychologist, a Certified Vocational Evaluator and an Employment Specialist based in Orlando, Florida. She founded We Care Support Services in 2017 to empower people with disabilities through education, training and employment services.

Experience

Dr. Mowatt first worked with people with disabilities in high school, as a sign language interpreter for autistic children. After college she became a high school teacher, working mainly with students with learning disabilities. She then served as a school psychologist in Orange County Public Schools, providing assessments in schools across Orlando and personalized support to students and parents.

Today she leads the clinical team at We Care Support Services, conducts psychological evaluations, including evaluations of competence to stand trial and immigration evaluations, writes court reports, and testifies as an expert witness.
