I am a Psychologist and Behavioral Specialist who currently works with career-seeking teens and young adults to assess and improve their employability and productiveness.  I graduated from Nova University with a Psychologist Specialist degree.  I am a Nationally Certified School Psychologist.  I also am a certified Psychologist from the Florida Department of Health.  My specialty areas are Autism, Cognitive Challenges, and various Physical Disabilities. I have extensive experience with applied behavioral analysis, data analysis, and practices that are aimed at targeting crucial behavioral skills

As a part of the We Care Support Services practice,  my clients form career readiness goals and are assessed in career preparedness.  My clients discover ways to improve and organize communication with their employers.  I communicate with employers about their employee’s strengths and help companies find creative solutions to solve functional workplace situations.  I use and refer to various behavioral therapies and motivational techniques to increase functional life skills in addition to workplace skills.
