Tiana was born and grew up in Queens, New York. She has over 10 years of experience within the special education community in both New York and Florida. Tiana obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from UMUC and her Master’s of Science in Special Education from PACE University. While working in NYC Schools, Tiana successfully transitioned students with disabilities, out of the K12 system to real-world living opportunities. In Orange and Lake County schools Tiana served as a Behavior Specialist and Support Facilitator guiding students and their families through the IEP process while meeting academic, social, and behavioral goals. Tiana specializes in working with individuals with varying disabilities, cognitive levels, and behavioral needs.
