Melissa is originally from New York but has been in Orlando for over 18 years now. She is also Dominican-American and fluent in both English and Spanish. She received her Bachelors in Psychology from UCF and her Masters in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, CUNY.
