With over 17 years of experience as a practicing psychologist and educator, Dr. Culbreath is the founder of We Care Support Services. She is a Licensed School Psychologist, Certified Vocational Evaluation, and an Employment Specialist based in Orlando, Florida. We Care Support Services, founded by Dr. Culbreath in 2017, empowers people with disabilities through education, training, and employment services while embracing their values in every interaction. From psychological evaluations to career counseling, the non-profit organization supports the needs of children, adolescents, and families.

Dr. Culbreath’s career has focused on helping individuals with disabilities. Specifically, Dr. Culbreath specializes in Specific Learning Disabilities, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Intellectual Disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Dr. Culbreath first started working with individuals with disabilities in high school when she became a sign language interpreter for severely autistic children. After graduating from college, she became a high school teacher, where she worked primarily with students with learning disabilities. Since then, Dr. Culbreath has served as a school psychologist in the Orange County Public Schools and provided assessment services in schools across Orlando, as well as personalized support to students and parents.

Additionally, Dr. Culbreath conducts psychological evaluations to evaluate patients and determine if they are competent to stand trial, write court reports, and testify in court as an expert witness and perform psychological evaluations for immigration purposes.

Operating through compassion, collaboration, respect, and understanding, Dr. Culbreath dedicates her career to helping individuals with disabilities reach their full potential.
