We Care Support Services Is An In-Network Provider For
- The standard out-of-network fee for evaluation is $160/hour for the initial session, testing administration, scoring, interpretation, written summary, feedback session, and consultation with your pertinent professionals and significant others. A comprehensive assessment usually totals between 12-18 billable hours.
- We Care Support Services fees for court ordered evaluations begin at $250/hour.
- We Care Support Services works very hard to make psychological testing affordable by working with insurance companies. We have found success billing insurance companies for psychological testing. As with any medical appointment, you are responsible for your deductible and copays. Unfortunately, most insurance companies will not pay for educational evaluations, ADHD evaluations or court ordered evaluations.
- The cost depends greatly on the amount of time needed to administer, interpret and compose the information.
- We Care Support services will discuss this with you ongoing, and it may be updated if it is decided to add or subtract administration time.
- We Care Support works with individuals and families to tailor fit each evaluation to meet your goals and answer your questions.
